MEET KATIE

I have always had a love for styling. From clothing styling, to window and store fronts, to interiors, I have worked with all forms landing on my true passion for interior design and home decor.

After graduating from SMU, I went on to work as a buyer for a small clothing boutique in Houston, Texas. I then moved back to my hometown in Northern California where I became a clothing stylist. My husband and I had just had our second daughter, when we decided to entertain the idea of moving back to Texas, to build our dream home. After 2 years of planing and designing, our home was complete. During the process I realized my true passion for styling was not in clothing, but in interiors, and Katie Olson Design was born.
